Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, items purchased under specific promotional offers, such as our "Buy One, Get One Free" (BOGO) promotion, are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy is due to the nature of these promotions, where the complimentary item acquired through the offer is not subject to the same return conditions as a standard purchase. We understand this may be an inconvenience and, as such, we are committed to offering alternative solutions. In cases where a return or exchange is sought on a promotional item, we're pleased to provide an exclusive voucher or significant discount towards future purchases as a goodwill gesture.

However, this policy does not apply to items purchased with a direct price reduction (e.g., items marked down from 129.90€ to 89.90€). Such purchases are still eligible for return or exchange under our standard return policy, provided they meet the other return conditions outlined.

Additionally, we must highlight that customized jerseys, due to their personalized nature, are not eligible for exchange or refund. Once a jersey has been personalized, it cannot be resold, and therefore, we are unable to accept returns on these items. However, non-customized jerseys are fully exchangeable under our standard return policy, as long as they meet the conditions previously outlined.
